The organisation’s main and primary objectives are two-fold; which can be described as follows:

2.1 To provide opportunities through Arts and Culture programs that seek to create opportunities in the entertainment industry to improve the lives of individuals classified as “youth” in the Republic of South Africa by promoting them and meeting their developmental needs and by helping them to become successful in the Arts, Music and dance sector. The objective is summarised below as follow

2.2.1 Represent the rights and interests of young people, and the sector which supports them, at local, regional and national levels 3 2.2.2 Promote young people in the arts

2.2.4 Social upliftment through the arts

2.2.6 Create innovative concepts so people can get more enjoyment from the arts

Our Secondary Objectives are as follows:

2.2 To provide a public health solution that reduces the burden of drug abuse and addiction and the many adverse consequences for individuals and society at large The objective is summarized below as follows:

2.1.1 To prevent the initiation of drug use and the escalation to addiction in those who have and not already initiated use

​

2.1.2 To develop customized and successful treatment plans for drug abuse and addiction and improve treatment accessibility and implementation

2.1.3 To diminish the spread of drug abuse-related human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and minimize the associated health and social consequences, including acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) 2.1.4 Several additional priority areas span Olunje’s portfolio and contribute to our overall mission to prevent or reduce drug abuse and addiction as well as help fight crime in our community.
